Topshop A/W 08 Lookbook

Wonderland - Grab your top hat and teacup and take a trip where a Mad Hatter's Tea party of colours and shapes comes to life. Clown collars play on structured organza dresses while lantern skirts bring faded tees to life. Mix white rabbit tees and Harlequin skirts with shrunken tuxedo jackets; or larger-than-life polka dot printed dresses with glitter coated stilettos and bow ties for a real fantasy feel.

Bandstand - A new look that sees brass buttons, fringing and rosettes add a quirky edge to traditional military styles. Rope detailing appears on Majorette coats and tasselled jackets, while matelot trousers and soft tailoring are offset by soldier style shoe and ankle boots. Bow tie dresses in washed-out-flag shades of berry, plum and grey give this drummer-boy look a softer edge.

Boudoir - Indulge yourself with Boudoir, a decadent new style that will entice you in seconds. Soften up a black sleeveless leather biker jacket and a pair of snakeskin pin-up shorts with a sheer ruffled shirt and nude stilettos, or add a razor sharp edge to a slinky body con dress by adding a shrunken tuxedo jacket, and our racy mesh leopard leggings tucked into a pair of kinky boots with killer heels.

Punk Couture - Release your rock routes with Punk Couture as anarchy makes a welcome return to our wardrobes. Tailored jackets and trousers combine with flashes of traditional tartan, the ubiquitous studding, sexy leopard print and a sleek silhouette. Oversized, soft checked coats in hairy yarns and intarsia mohair knits give Punk Couture a modern edge while black leather, flat front tapered jeans and snakeskin skinnies epitomise the punk look.
